Omnistream
Live broadcast over 3G and 4G networks
In today's world, broadcasting live is a breeze thanks to innovative solutions like cellular, which have many advantages over other broadcasting methods, but you still have to carry bulky equipment that can restrict your movement when needed.
More details...
We use a standard and compact 4G video encoder or smartphones to achieve the required high-speed cellular connection that does not require any bulky equipment.
This is a simple process, video from your camera or smartphone is transmitted to our modern mobile application, which uses a video encoder with multiple SIM cards to split the data into packets and redirect them to our cloud server, where a video stream is created almost instantly and sent to the broadcast center or the social networking platform you need.
Applications
The Omnistream system has a great competitive advantage when it is necessary to transmit video from many points at the same time. The absence of the need to purchase specialized equipment allows you to create a video broadcast at any time, when necessary, without prior preparation. In order for the stream to be successful, it is enough to have several smartphones and 3G coverage at the shooting location.
Using Omnistream for Live Election Broadcasting:
Presidential elections in Uruguay on October 27 and November 24, 2019 - Omnistream system was used by the national television channel TNU for live broadcasts from polling stations. 20 sets of smartphones were involved.
Bolivia General Election 20 October 2019 - The Omnistream system was used by the Central Electoral Court to selectively control the electoral process at polling stations. 56 sets of smartphones were used.
Mobile app
Free mobile application for Android OS. Easy to use, intuitive software solution.
4G encoder or smartphones
The signal from the camera or phone is sent to a 4G video encoder with built-in SIM cards or regular smartphones.

On several smartphones, the Omnistream mobile application is installed, on one of the smartphones the Master mode is selected, on the others - Slave. For communication between smartphones and the video encoder (if the broadcast is from the camera), the WiFi access point of the smartphone is used, which operates in Master mode. the video stream is transmitted simultaneously via several 3G-4G networks to a cloud server. Flow control - through the WEB interface of the cloud server. From the cloud server, the stream can be sent to a receiver located in the control room of the TV channel, or sent to any RTMP server.
